Respectful use.
Terms for the Moonoxy company website and general information about our apps.
Using this website
This website provides information about Moonoxy LLC and its apps. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access restricted administration areas or misuse its content.
App availability
Pre-release descriptions show our current development direction. Features, content and availability may change. An app is not publicly available merely because it is described here. Store listings and any app-specific terms will provide release and purchase details.
Educational content
Our quizzes, explanations and practice materials are for general learning and entertainment. We work to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free. They do not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice. ReadLab does not provide official IELTS scores, test registration or guaranteed band outcomes.
Ownership and acceptable use
Moonoxy branding, app artwork and original website content belong to Moonoxy LLC or their respective rights holders. Do not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without appropriate permission. References to third-party names do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Support, updates and your data
Support is provided by email under our support policy. We cannot promise every requested feature, uninterrupted availability or recovery of locally lost progress. See the relevant app privacy policy before clearing storage or uninstalling.
Third-party services and consumer rights
External sites and app stores operate under their own terms and policies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, information on this website is provided without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.
